REFLECTION ON THE PROCESS OF BLOGGING

Blogging is very unusual for me. It is my first time doing it and I must say its rather nice. I can inspire people through blogging and also make friends along the way. Blogging is a great way to interact and also to provide information especially for learners.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The idea of social media brought into teaching is quite relevent, because we are a nation which leans on technology and technology grows day by day. I myself are on sociak media forums and i enjoy it. Social media should be used in classrooms, because the learners would understand easy. Forums such as Facebook can be implemented into classrooms to do quizes or question and answer games aswell as pictures with different problems to solve on.

HOW DID TEACHING PRACTISE CHANGE MY IDEA OF HOW I SEE MYSELF AS A TEACHER

At first teaching practice was a terrifying experience, because i didnt know what to expect from th learners aswell as the teachers. For me it was quite different knowing that only last year i also sat where the learners were and now all of a sudden i must stand infront of the class. Teaching practice really helped me because i am more comfortable in front of a classroom now and I know what my purpose as a teacher is. The children alson inspired me, some of them really wants to work hard and i could see it in their work progress. It made me feel great knowing i did something useful for someone else.

HOW DO I SEE MYSELF AS A TEACHER

I see myself as a great teacher in the future and it all starts with positivity. I want to carry over as much knowledge to learners and to inspire them to do something with their lives. I know it is a slow process to be becoming a good teacher, but I am willing to put in the hard yards. I have a passion for teaching and I will only strive to get better and better each day.

WHY I WANT TO BE A TEACHER AND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A 'GOOD' TEACHER

I want to become a good teacher in order to make a difference in our future children's lives. Education is very essential and a without it you can become nothing, unless you want to end up sweeoing the streets. I also want to plough back into my community after finishing my degree through education and sport. I believe teacher's should have a balanced lifestyle. I know i'll be a good teacher, because i have good characteristics which includes the following:

* Friendly
* Passion for education
* Consistency
* Commitment
